Texas A&M has selected the Infinilux, Inc. new light emitting-diode (LED) solid state low bay light for the university’s first SSL feasibility demonstration.
The trial installation of the LB36 was selected to help Texas A&M meet energy conservation goals and lower the environmental impact of the campus-parking program. The demo installation is drawing less than 0.1W/sq-ft max, 68% below the ASHRAE target of 0.3W/sq-ft, and will provide a reduction in overall power consumption of over 65%.

American University, Washington DC has selected Infinilux™ Solid State Low Bay light for new SIS parking structure.
Carson, California and Washington DC, September 1st, 2009 – American University has selected the Infinilux, Inc. new light emitting-diode (LED) solid state low bay light for one of the largest SSL installation in the Washington DC area to date. The LB36 was selected to help American University achieve LEED Gold status for their new SIS building. The entire installation will draw less than 0.1W/sq-ft max and will provide a reduction in overall power consumption of over 22 kilowatts or a savings of nearly $98,900.00 on energy alone.

Infinilux, Inc LB36 low bay was selected and installed at Gold's Gym in Toronto, Canada to provide energy efficient lighting for the indoor swim complex as well as the weight and free exercise rooms.
The LB series was selected over a number of competing LED fixtures as wells as legacy technologies such as metal halide and high pressure sodium. Drawing only 50 watts per fixture, the Infinilux solution provided a savings of over 100 watts per lamp and have a anticipated service life exceeding 50,000 hours which will lower maintenance costs and provide years of trouble free savings.

Greenhouse Arts goes green!
The Greenhouse Arts collaborative, in association with the Woodland Park Arts Alliance, has selected the Infinilux TL9 and TL6 solid state track light for their new high profile art gallery in Woodland Park, Colorado. The Infinilux product replaces legacy 50-watt halogen fixtures and lowered total energy consumption in the gallery by 80%. "...the result was immediate. The lighting was truer, brighter, and the room was immediately cooler, a plus in our small space. After seeing the artwork illuminated by LED lighting, we can't imagine gallery and retail owners using anything else." said Christi Bovee, Greenhouse Arts Director.
